Your order will be complete once we have confirmed payment by PayPal, bank transfer or credit card. Once confirmed we will email you with the fastest possible delivery date.
The standard delivery times are listed on each product. For products with a one week delivery time the fastest we can deliver is within 4 days. In an instance where we are out of stock or where we are unable to deliver within one week due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances out of our control we will contact you by email to inform you of an estimated delivery date.
For areas outside of Honshu delivery may take longer than one week.
For products with a lead time longer than one week we will contact you with an estimated delivery date when the order is placed and then again approximately one week before the product is delivered.
Our standard delivery is to the first floor of a building or in front of the buyer’s home.
